1. Delivery

Parcels are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. Our standard shipping method is Canada Post, with signature delivery. Irrespective of the shipping method you select, as soon as possible we will provide you with a link allowing you to track your parcel's delivery online.

The shipping fee includes packaging, handling and postage. It may have both a fixed component and a variable component, the latter being based on the total cost and weight of your order. We recommend that you group your purchases together in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders together; you will have to pay separate shipping costs for each one. Your parcel is dispatched at your own risk; special care is however taken for parcels containing fragile goods.

The items are packed in protected parcels.

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Baby Boutchou will make its best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered in an average of 7 Business days and a maximum period of 14 working days from the day following the payment of the order. It is stated that orders received on the website BabyBoutchou Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders received on the website Babyboutchou a holiday other than Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed on the next working day.

The Purchaser has the ability to deliver the products to another address as his own. Delivery will not be made in cases of force majeure.

How do I return on BabyBoutchou ?

You can request a return by clicking in the customer service section on returned merchandise. A form will then be available to you so you can request an RMA number that will be the first step of the return process.

Choose the Quantity to be returned for each desired item. Thank you for agreeing to inform the reason for your return within the framework “Faulty or other details."

After submitting your return request by our customer service and subject to the conditions of return below, you will receive an email telling you how to proceed.

All return packages must have the RMA number on the box. All shipments without RMA numbers will be refused.


What are the conditions of return?

Returns and exchange at BabyBoutchou :

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase you may exchange it or return it within 7 working days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in original packaging. All Gift boxes-baskets and Gift-Cards are final Sale. Swimwear, Underwear and pajamas can not be returned for hygienic purposes. All products received after 8 working, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange but will receive a store credit on BabyBoutchou, valid for a year. The amount paid will be credited to your BabyBoutchou account and applied on your next purchase. All items must be in saleable condition with all tags attached. Soiled worn and dirty items are not accepted. If we receive damaged returns, customer will not be credited and is responsible for postage to ship it back.

For your convenience we inspect all the items prior to shipping for damages and mismatches. For returns or exchanges please send items back with a completed copy of your original receipt. We are not responsible for lost shipments sent by you, therefore we recommend insuring all your shipments.  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Our Customer Service reminds you that every item must be returned in its packaging and original condition (product label included). Any product damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged, will not be subject to a credit, exchange or refund. Also all products that are on sale are not refunded or exchanged.Return costs are your responsibility.

How to get a refund on BabyBoutchou ?

The purchaser has a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt, to return at his own expense and without motive, the Products ordered. Product shall be returned in  their original packaging as mentioned before. After 8 days, receiving your order, you can only have a store credit on that will be credited to your BabyBoutchou Account and applied against your next purchase.

If the above conditions are met, BabyBoutchou reimburse the Purchaser the full amount of the order, within thirty (30) days after BabyBoutchou received the products, except the cost of returning the Products which are borne by the Buyer. The purchaser can also get a credit of amounts paid on account of your next order. The customer will be reimbursed according to the method of payment. 

Moreover, Baby Boutchou informs you that no credit or refund will be allowed without first having received and examined the compliance status of your item concerned by this request.
